Rory recently was able to use a gift she got several years ago for Christmas. It is a build your own teddy bear set. It is amazing just how easy it is to make one of these things. I was also amazed at how much a little teddy bear could be stuffed with. The cranking stuffing machine adds some fun for Rory, but I am sure that it could be done without its help. She seemed to really like making it. After the construction of the bear was complete, a card like object was placed inside of the bear to symbolize a wish that the maker comes up with. Hmm, what would a 3 year old wish for?

After writing this entry I heard Rory making plans to make “another one for um, her sister”. Sounds like this may have been a little too much fun. But true to her word she did make her little sister a teddy bear.
She seems to like her teddy bear.
